If you are going to attest your degree from HEC you must have your recent degree. Yes they will attest your transcript  if university did not issue your degree.

first of all you need to fill your form on HEC website here is URL

you need to sign up first and register your self and all other information regarding your educational documents.

Please note that you must to reach at HEC the same time and date which you have selected for appointment.

·       After filling form you need to take the print of that form

·       Copies of your all  Educational documents you need to attest from HEC.

·       Copy of CNIC

·       Original Documets

Then you will report to window and they will check you documents and will inform you to submit your fee in the bank after submitting the fee you will again go to submit your paper at window and they will submit your papers with fee receipt.

After three to four hours you can have your documents from HEC.
